Fees

As an out-of-network provider, we do not accept insurance. However, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Depending on your out-of-network benefits policy, you may receive up to 80 percent reimbursement for the provider's services. The timing of subsequent follow up/Telemedicine visits after the evaluation is decided by the provider. Why we do not accept insurance
